THE LIVINGSTON PORTAL ELEVATOR BECAME DISABLED DUE TO A SHORTED WIRE IN THE JUNCTION BOX THAT CONTROLS THE EMERGENCY STOP AND OVERIDE. NO PERSONS WERE ON THE ELEVATOR AND NO INJURES RESULTED.
