AN EMPLOYEE STARTED DOWN ON THE MIRACLE RUN ELEVATOR. THE ELEVATOR WENT DOWN FOR 100 FEET AND STOPPED. A BEARING WAS CHANGED ON THE SAFETY GOVERNOR. THE ELEVATOR WAS RESTORED TO OPERATION AT 3 :50 AM ON 2/6/04.
