Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS SLPICING SHUTTLE CAR CABLE. HE WAS USING A UTILITY KNIFE TO TAKE OFF THE OUTER JACKET FROM THE CABLE. AS HE WAS DOING THIS, HE CUT HIS LEFT THUMB WITH THE UTILITY KNIFE. 17 SUTURE S WERE REQUIRED TO CLOSE THE LACERATION.
