Narrative

EE was operating shearer. A piece of roof sloughed from the front of #83 shield onto the cutting head arm and fell into the face conveyor. A rock was propelled across the cable carrier into the walkway landing on the back of the employee's right leg. Foot was caught between ram bar and the rock.
