EMPLOYEE WAS HAULING SPOIL FROM COAL PIT TO SPOIL AREA IN 777 ROCK TRUCK. WHILE ROCK TRUCK WAS BEING LOADED IN PIT AREA, A ROCK WAS DUMPED FROM LOADER BUCKET INTO BODY OF TRUCK. EMPLOYEE STATE D THAT ROCK STRIKING BODY OF TRUCK CAUSED TRAMA TO NECK AND BACK.
