ROOF BOLT OPERATOR WAS BOLTING IN 5R XCUT. OPERATOR WAS ON HIS KNEES. WHEN HE ROSE TO CHANGE THE DRILL STEEL, HE TWISTED HIS KNEE AND FELT SHARP PAIN.
