EE WAS MOVING BOLTS TO THE SIDE TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE OIL FILL LID. THE BOLTER OPERATOR WAS TRAMMING THE BOLTER MACHINE AND DID NOT SEE EE. THE MACHINE RAN OVER HIS FOOT (LEFT).
