INJURED PARTY HAD JUST PUT UP HIS 1ST BOLT IN THE ENTRY. WHEN HE STARTED TO SWING HIS BOOM, HE PULLED THE LEVER THE WRONG WAY, STRIKING HIS RIGHT KNEE.
