AS THE EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING THROUGH THE SHIPPING DEPT THROUGH PALLETS THAT WERE PLACED NEAR THE DOOR, THE EMPLOYEE'S RIGHT FOOT GOT CAUGHT UNDER A PALLET CAUSING THE EMPLOYEE TO TRIP. THE RIGH T FOOT NEVER MOVED DURING THE FALL.
