EE WAS ROOF BOLTING WHEN DRILL STEEL GOT STUCK IN THE HEAD OF THE BOLT MACHINE. EE THEN TOOK ANOTHER PIECE OF STEEL TRYING TO FREE UP THE STUCK STEEL, AND ACCIDENTALLY STRUCK HIS LEFT INDEX F INGER.
