KNEW HE WAS GOING TO HAVE SURGERY FOR CARPAL TUNNEL BUT DIDNT KNOW WHERE. HE SUPSOSEDLY HAD SURGERY ON 2-17-04 AT RALIGH GENERAL HOSPITAL IN BECKLEY WV ON THIS CORDITION.
