## Narrative

Employee was loading 6"" steel pipe 6' long onto forks of telehandler.  Lifted end of pipe to center onto forks, when his feet slipped on ice causing him to twist his back.    Area of accident is a remote storage location that is not normally cleaned during snow and ice storms.  Employee instructed to reposition telehandler instead of manually moving pipe or to get help.
