WHILE WALKING TO BACK OF ROOF BOLTER TO GET SUPPLIES, EMPLOYEE WAS STRUCK ON THE HEAD BY A ROCK APPROXIMATELY 4' SQUARE. IT SLID DOWN HIS BODY, STOVING HIS NECK, SHOULDER AND BACK.
