Narrative

The fence at LP&L had a bent post that was out of line with the fence and a sleeve connecting two ends of the top rail.While employee was tearing down the fence at the LP&L yard, he cut the tie wire on the top rail and the top rail sprang out of the sleeve striking him on his right cheek. Wound required stitches.
