Narrative

EE was dumping a load of coal and rock at the section feeder. As he was pulling away from the feeder the cable reel activated taking up the slack trailing cable which caused the cable to come up along side of his cab striking him in the face. This resulted in a cut on his upper lip & eyebrow. 2 stitches required.
