Narrative

Employee was welding, torching & grinding on 3/13. The next day he thought he might have burned his right eye welding. Employee returned to TN from FL on 3/17, right eye had gotten worse, went to doctor on 3/19 and it is believed that he got debris in right eye while grinding, which caused infection.
