EMPLOYEE WAS HOOKING A SLING AT BACK OF LOW BELT DOLLY. HE SLIPPED AND FELL, CATCHING THE LOW BELT STRUCTURE WITH HIS RIGHT HAND. THE DOLLY BACKED OVER HIS RIGHT HAND.
