Narrative

EE WENT TO DR ON 3/31/03 WITH A COMPLAINT OF PAIN IN HIS LEFT RIB-CAGE AREA. X-RAYS WERE TAKEN & HE WAS REFERRED TO ANOTHER DR WHO ORDERED MORE TESTS. DR STATED IT COULD BE SILICOSIS BUT MORE TESTS NEEDED TO BE DONE. THIS WAS TURNED INTO WORKER'S COMP ON 7/24/03 SO THEY COULD OBTAIN MEDICAL RECORDS ON EE. RECEIVED LETTER FROM WC 3/11/04 THAT SUGGESTS HE MAY HAVE SILICOSIS.
