## Narrative

On 3-16-04 while climbing onto a D9L dozer to service machine, the ee alleged that he pulled a muscle in his groin. This was later diagnosed as a hernia on 3-19-04. EE has not returned to work as of this report.  LAST DAY WORKED WAS 3-23-04.
