## Narrative

EE stated he wasn't sure when or how accident occurred. But he believed that it was while he was running continuous miner in 8 North Facces. He was cutting an overcast & due to miner bouncing he experienced pain in lower back. due to fact that accident occurred 3 days prior to being reported, an investigation was conducted to determine if in fact this was caused as stated
