Narrative

HE GOT OUT OF HIS LOADER AND WAS ON THE GROUND OVERLOOKING THE BERM. HE SLIPPED & ROLLED DOWN A 15 FOOT EMBANKMENT CAUSING 2 FRACTURED RIBS, AND CONTUSIONS TO HIS FACE & ARMS.
