Narrative

EE WAS SUPPLYING #3 ROOF BOLTER. HE WAS LOADING RESIN GLUE ON BACK OF THE BOLTER AND WHEN HE THREW A BOX OF GLUE HE TWISTED A LITTLE & PULLED MUSCLE IN HIS LOWER BACK.
