## Narrative

While working to cleanup around the bottom door of the lime bucket elevator the ee felt something in his right eye. after moving outside a co worker helped use eyewash. ee had his safety lgasses on with side shields during the cleanup. he was taken to the emergency rm. rx medication was given due to abrasion found on the right eye.
