Narrative

The employee was positioning a steel casting inside the discharge end of the #1 kiln. The casting shifted and the employee cuaght it with his left arm. His left shoulder was suddenly pushed backward causing pain. The employee had an MRI on 4/6/04 revelaing a rototor cuff tear. The employee had surgery on the shoulder on 4/14/04.
