Narrative

WHILE TRAMMING SHUTTLE CAR, OPERATOR RAN THROUGH HOLE IN BOTTOM. SHUTTLE CAR SLAMMED INTO THE BOTTOM JARRING OPERATORS NECK CAUSING SORENESS AND STIFFNESS. EMPLOYEE RETURNED ON LIGHT DUTY.
