Narrative

The employee was hanging a 42"" 90 degree elbow and the elbow twisted and fell. The employee attempted to get out of the way, but the elbow hit him and his knee was hyperextended. He was taken to the ER for evaluation and treatment. He was released to full duty but was refered to a therapist for therapy treatments.
