The employee was helpiing set a cooling tower motor when the motor got hung up and looked like it was going to fall. the employee was trying to leave the area when he tripped over a piece of plactic that was protecting a piece of equipment and fell, striking his lip on a piece of metal. He was transported to the clinic where the wound was closed with sutures.
