Employee backed up to a dirt fill, dismounted & traveled to the rear of the truck. She climbed on top of pile to adjust lights. She reached up & the dirt slid out from under her feet. She grabbed a light fixture with her left hand to keep from falling EE hung a few seconds & then dropped to the dirt P.T. failed to return full mobility EE had surgery 4/13/04
