Narrative

A BLOCK OF COAL HAD FALLEN BETWEEN BELTS WHILE PRODUCING. THE EE REACHED IN TO REMOVE THE BLOCK OF COAL WHILE THE BELT WAS STILL RUNNING, CATCHING HIS ARM IN THE BELT STRUCTURE.
