Employee was taking down pipe with his partner when it fell from his grasp and struck his arm. The right shoulder joint was pushed down and in from the contact. The injury recieved first aid treatment. In April 2004, the company was notified that the employee had received several treatments for continued pain and would be off work as of April 23 for shoulder surgery.
