Ee was using a ladder to access the top of a haul truck frame. On his first attempt to climb the ladder and tie it off, the bottom of the ladder kicked out. The ee fell approx five feet, landing on the ladder as it struck the shop floor. He received a cut about 1 1/2"" long just below his left knee cap.
