The ee twisted his ankle on or about 9-23-03. He has continued to do his regular job without restrictions. this became reportable on 4-19-04 when ee sought medical treatment for swelling of the left foot. a diagnosis was made that a floating chip was causing aggreavation which may have resulted from the orignial twisted anke. we are reporting this per part 50 fx.
