## Narrative

employee stumbled while climbing up bank from dredge at end of his shift.  He hurt his left hip and knee.  This was reported as information only-no medical treatment sought.  His left knee started hurting him and he had an MRI done-small tear in left knee.  He had surgery on his knee on April 19, 2004.  He has been working full time until the date of his surgery on April 19.
