Narrative

TWO EMPLOYEES WERE CARRYING A PIECE OF 8"" RUBBER PIPE APPROXIMATELY 8' LONG. AS THEY APPROACHED THE AREA THAT THE PIPE WAS TO BE INSTALLED IN, ONE EMPLOYEE TURNED AROUND TO OBSERVE HIS PATH. HE THEN TURNED AND WALKED FORWARD AND HIS RIGHT KNEE WENT OUT
