EMPLOYEE WAS CUTTING A BAND ON A PALLET OF PIN BOARDS. WHEN HE CUT THE BAND, IT SPRUNG BACK HITTING HIS LEFT WRIST CAUSING A LACERATION. HE RECEIVED TWO STITCHES AT THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE.
