EMPLOYEES WERE REPLACING A SCREEN BEARING, WHILE TRYING TO REMOVE IT FROM THE CASING, EE HAD WALKED AWAY APPROX 6 FT WHEN THE BEARING SPLINTERED AND ENTERED HIS KNEE.
