CRANE BOOM WAS LIFTING CRUSHER FEEDER. COMBINATION OF LIFT AND WIND PUSHED FEEDER TOWARD AND AGAINST EMPLOYEE PINNING HIM BETWEEN FRONT OF CRANE AND FEEDER LOAD. OPERATOR HAD TEMPORARILY LEFT CAB. CRANE LIFT LOCK THOUGHT TO HAVE MALFUNCTIONED. NO TAG LINE IN USE.
