Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS DRIVING A MINE HAUL TRUCK. HE MADE A WRONG TURN IN THE MINE, AND WHEN HE DISCOVERED THE WRONG TURN HE BRAKED WHICH THEN CAUSED THE TRUCK TO SLIDE IN THE MUD SLAMMING INTO THE MINE WALL.
