## Narrative

EE was moving the 6"" water pump at pond 3, he was talking the discharge hose loose, it stuck he pulled hard on it. causing it to come loose at once causing him to fall backwards with it, he hurt his left hand, left leg and ankle. said it was just sore and did not want to see a dr. he told the mine manager about it the next evening at approx. 4:30 pm.
