Narrative

EE WAS PUSHING A BENT 4' ROOF BOLT UP IN A DRILLED HOLE AND ACCIDENTALLY HIT THE DRILL ROTATION CAUSING THE ROOF BOLT TO ROTATE AROUND AND STRIKE EE ON BACK OF LEFT HAND CAUSING A FRACTURE.
