Employee was welding on cat 637 e scraper and spark went down his boot and burnt foot. ee did not seek medical attention until 8-9-03 and did not miss work until 8-11-03. at that time he took vacation and sick leave for several weeks and did not report injury for weeks. thus it did not get reported to msha. we just found the error.
