Narrative

EE was re-fueling 920 loader. With one foot on the step and one on the tire, EE lost his footing. While attempting to regain balance, his right hand caught the metal bracket on the door of the loader, resulting in a puncture wound. EE required two sutures in the palm of his right hand.
