Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS USING CHANNELOCKS TO LOOSEN A NUT ON A BRACKET THAT ANCHORED THE END OF THE TROLLEY WIRE. AS HE PULLED, THE CHANNELOCKS SLIPPED CAUSING HIM TO LOSE HIS BALANCE AND TWIST HIS RT. KNEE.
