## Narrative

Employee stated that he was in process of tightening roller cap bolts on a D-10 bulldozer.  During the process, he inadvertently struck the trigger causing the impact wrench to thrust his right hand against the roller.   He sustained a bruise and later on, was told that he may have a torn ligament in his knuckle area.  Note:  Employee did not start missing work until May 5, 2004.
