EMPLOYEE WAS CHANGING THE BUCKET ON THE HITACHI. HE STRUCK THE BUCKET TOOTH TO KNOCK IT LOOSE AND A PIECE OF METAL LANCED INTO HIS LEFT FOREARM BETWEEN HIS WRIST AND ELBOW.
