RETURNED TO JOB & WAS PLACED ON OFFICE DUTY FOR OBSERVATION. OBSERV. PERIOD WAS NOT COMPLETED: EE WAS INCARCERATED FOR UNRELATED ACTIVITY. POST-INJURY DRUG TEST: RESULTS POSITIVE.
