EE WAS USING A Z DRILL, ROOF BOLTING THE TOP ON THE LONGWALL FACE. DRILL STEEL GOT CAUGHT IN THE HOLE, TWISTING THE DRILL AND PULLING EE'S BODY SIDEWAYS, STRAINING HIS LOWER BACK.
