EMPLOYEE WAS ATTEMPTING TO LOOSEN A BOLT HOLDING THE RAIL ON THE LJ SCREEN. THE BOLT WAS OVERHEAD & EE WAS ON THE GROUND. AS HE PUSHED UP WITH THE HAND WRENCH HIS KNEE GAVE OUT.
