## Narrative

The worker was using a high pressure water nozzle to clean the inside of an 18"" pipe. The worker caused the nozzle to turn completely around inside the pipe by twisting a loop in the supply hose with the intention of causing the nozzle to go around a right hand elbow in the pipe. After turning around the nozzle exited the pipe striking the worker in the chest.
