Narrative

Employee was working on lining grinding #4. The liner was set on the mill floor on the tracks, it needed to be tipped slightly to reconnect to be put on the handler cart. It moved quickly and pinched his right index finger between the liner and the grapple tool. Lost time started on 5-5-04.
